CLARITY CONSULTATION
We take time upfront to map out your needs, lifestyle flow, and resale-specific challenges so that there “WILL NOT” be any hidden cost when you work with us. Most interior designers rush a quote just to close you, but we slow down to do things right the first time. Instead of rushing into your project… we measure twice, cut once. You’ll know exactly what’s included, what’s not, and what it’ll cost.

DUAL-ID EXECUTION STRATEGY
With our 2-ID Blueprint™, you get a dedicated team of 2 designers working hand-in-hand to execute your project. This ensures tighter coordination and faster renovation progress.

LIVE-READY COMPLETION
Most interior designers stop at the “renovation complete” stage, but at Fornax we go all the way to a Fully Furnished, READY TO STAY Home. Most firms hand over your home once renovation work ends. Technically, it’s “ready to move in.” But ready to move in isn’t the same as ready to live in. We coordinate your key furniture deliveries—beds, sofas, dining sets—so by the time renovation ends, your space is fully furnished and ready to stay in.

VO-PROOF BUDGET SYSTEM
We built a budget structure that drastically cuts variation order (VO) that most homeowners get conned into. We plan for it, break it down, and solve it before we start hacking anything. We focus heavily on the front-end so we don’t run into problems at the back. Most companies rush to give a quote and 3D designs just to close fast. We intentionally take it slow upfront to get everything right the first time.
