These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the use of the website and services provided by Fornax Interior ("the Company," "we," "our," "us"). By accessing our website or engaging in our services, you ("the Client," "you," "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these T&C.
Services Provided
Fornax Interior offers a range of interior design services, including but not limited to:
Residential and commercial interior design
Renovation and remodeling services
Project management and coordination
3D rendering and visualizations
The scope of services will be defined in detail in the agreement between the Company and the Client.
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, plans, drawings, models, and intellectual property created by Fornax Interior during the project are the property of the Company, unless otherwise agreed upon.
The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the designs for the specified project only.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of the designs outside the scope of the agreed project is prohibited.

Amendments and Modifications
The Company will provide an estimated timeline for project completion, which will be outlined in the project agreement.
The timeline may be affected by unforeseen delays, including delays from the Client (e.g., failure to approve designs, delays in material selection, etc.).
The Company will not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party contractors or suppliers.
Both parties agree to keep all information related to the project confidential, including design concepts, pricing, and project specifics.
The Company agrees not to disclose the Client’s confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.
Fornax Interior is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the designs or the failure of the project to meet the Client’s expectations.
The Company’s liability for any damages, loss, or delay is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the project.
Any disputes related to these T&C or the project will be resolved through , in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
If a resolution cannot be reached through alternative dispute resolution, legal proceedings may be initiated.
These T&C will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these T&C will be exclusively brought in the courts of Singapore.
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform their obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or other force majeure events beyond the party's control.
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these T&C at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the last revision will be updated accordingly.
The Client agrees to review these T&C periodically and to be bound by any modifications.
